Responsibilities:
  • Administer or assist residents to administer medications and treatments
  • Measure vital signs and weight, and perform other health services tasks as directed by your RN
  • Communicate with physicians, implementing physician orders, and reporting and documenting pertinent information
  • Work closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
