Dental Hygienist Role

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and patient education.
  • Conduct thorough patient screenings and medical history documentation.
  • Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene procedures and technologies.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Current dental hygienist license in Nevada.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening.
  • CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
