Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of client properties to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, and AED as certified
  • Conduct exterior door checks to ensure doors and gates are secure and functioning properly
  • Conduct exterior building checks for glass breaks, maintenance issues, or hazards
  • Conduct mobile patrols at client campuses throughout the Santa Clara Valley
  • Conduct regular inspections of all necessary equipment, including radios, bikes, and vehicles, and accessories to ensure operational condition
  • Work with other client employees at special events
  • Participate in daily briefings to receive updated information in preparation for shift
  • Observe and escalate situations involving suspicious persons or situations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Working Conditions
  • Work is performed in a variety of environments, including office buildings, warehouses, and outdoor settings
  • May be required to work in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
  • May be required to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
