Public Realm Designer

We are seeking an experienced Principal Landscape Architect to lead our public realm and active transportation projects. This role involves working closely with our Raleigh Leadership Team to identify and pursue new project opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive landscape architecture experience, a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Landscape Architecture, and licensure or ability to complete licensure within one year of employment.
Additional requirements include strong project management skills, including development of project staffing and schedules, developing and monitoring project budgets, cost estimating and specifications.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $95,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
