Job Opportunity at Arches ABA Therapy

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an ABA Behavior Technician. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children aged 2-6.

As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to our clients. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide support and guidance to our clients and their families.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board (LBAB) registered line technician certification
  • CPR and BLS certifications required
  • Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance required
  • Passion and patience for working with young children
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical demands of the job
Benefits and Wages
  • $18.00 per hour pay range
  • Up to 10 days PTO, with a jump to 15 days upon 4 years of employment
  • 75% employer contribution to Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • 8 Paid Holidays
