Job Summary

Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of dishes, utensils, and equipment.
• Supervise and maintain proper rinse and wash temperatures to prevent cross-contamination.
• Change water, store, and use dish chemicals properly to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Set up and organize the dish racks to ensure efficient dishwashing and storage.
• Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as dishes and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
