Position Type:
Part-Time

Average Hours:
Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:
$19.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
All duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and share relevant information with your supervisor.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Cashier Duties:

  • Handle customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers throughout their experience.
  • Provide management with feedback regarding products, inventory discrepancies, scanning errors, and other issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts as per guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Stocking Responsibilities:

  • Properly stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness.
  • Adhere to merchandising plans to create appealing product displays.
  • Organize new inventory and manage empty packaging.
  • Operate machinery safely and in accordance with all safety protocols.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Capable of performing general cleaning duties to meet company standards.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Familiarity with the company's products and services.
