Assembly Technician

Partners Personnel is seeking a skilled Flex Duct Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate assembly tooling and equipment.
• Load and manage raw materials to ensure efficient production.
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform manual assembly for larger products and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
• Standing, bending, lifting, and using equipment daily.
