We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. In this role, you will be responsible for performing repairs, both minor and major, to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will implement regular and preventive maintenance programs to promote a sense of well-being and aesthetic appeal for our residents and staff. You will also communicate with the Maintenance Director on the condition of buildings and equipment.
