**Job Summary:**
Twin Pines Health Care Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, and administering nursing care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care, including medication and treatments
- Evaluate nursing care and make recommendations for improvement
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
**Requirements:**
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
