Caregiving Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to assist our residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising. You will also be responsible for driving residents to appointments, providing treatments, performing tests, carrying out procedures, and collecting specimens as instructed. In addition, you will report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens. Your duties may also include transferring, transporting, and escorting residents as needed, answering signal lights promptly, changing bed linens, making beds, and keeping rooms clean and orderly. Furthermore, you will maintain safe and sanitary workstations and equipment, encourage independence, attendance at activities, restorative programs, and rehabilitation, attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned, and perform specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

To be successful in this role, you should have a High School diploma or GED, prior elderly care experience is preferred, be willing to drive residents to various appointments, work with pets, and provide other high-end concierge services as needed, have a current driver's license, excellent customer service skills, ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively, and ability to document care given.
