Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Environmental Services Associate. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean, attractive, and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in offices and common areas, including:
    • Vacuuming carpets
    • Mopping and sweeping hard surface floors
    • Dusting furniture and fixtures
    • Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
    • Wiping down window blinds
    • Removing cobwebs from light fixtures
    • Maintaining laundry machines, including filter cleaning
  • Sanitize and restock common-area bathrooms, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain the Employee Break Room, including refrigerator upkeep and disposal of expired items.
  • Handle trash disposal and maintain cleanliness in trash areas.
  • Assist with cleaning resident apartments during turnover periods.
  • Complete maintenance requests as necessary and maintain housekeeping supplies.
  • Participate in annual deep cleaning initiatives.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED and have 3 to 6 months of experience in a cleaning or janitorial role. Proficiency in English is required for effective communication and instruction comprehension.
