As a Tax Associate, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional tax services to our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from individuals to small businesses, and help them navigate the complex world of taxes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools
* Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
* Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
* Provide clients with IRS support
* Support office priorities through teamwork and collaboration

Requirements:

* Successful completion of the H\u0026R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Comfort working with virtual tools
* Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
* Must meet all other IRS and applicable state requirements
