Job Opportunity at Northside Hospital

Northside Hospital, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join its team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and safe delivery of care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and medical histories.
  • Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology program.
  • Registered as a Radiation Therapy Technologist by ARRT or eligible for certification.
  • New graduates must take registration boards within six months of graduation or hire date.
  • Preferably have at least one year of previous experience in Radiation Therapy.

Work Schedule:

8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Weekend and On-Call Requirements:

No weekend or on-call requirements.
