Physician - Emergency Medicine Specialist

Job Summary
The Prisma Health Physician is responsible for providing high-quality medical services to patients in the Emergency Medicine department. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with a range of medical conditions, from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree.
- Successful completion of residency in Emergency Medicine.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
- South Carolina medical license.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office equipment.
