  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
  • Safety and Security: Uphold all safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for team members and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience: Two years of supervisory experience leading a team or on-the-job training
  • Skills: Basic math skills, basic computer skills, and prior experience working in a retail or customer service-related environment
