We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Physician Assistant to join our Cardiothoracic Surgery program at a leading healthcare system in the Dallas / Fort Worth metro. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our program.

Practice Highlights and Qualifications
  • Board Certification Required
  • Primary Focus on Cardiac Cases with Some Thoracic Cases
  • Endoscopic Vein Harvesting Required
  • Clinical Duties, Pre/Post-op Rounding, and First Assist Role Available
  • Call Schedule: Mon-Thu at Surgeon's Assigned Site
  • Weekend Call Shared 1:4 Surgical Rotation between Two Sites

The primary facility you will cover is a 314-bed hospital that has been committed to providing families in the south Dallas suburbs with a trusted choice for quality healthcare since opening its doors in 1975. This hospital is home to the only Level III trauma center and only Heart Failure Clinic in the region. Other highlights of the campus include robotic surgery and advanced surgical procedures as well as a new oncology unit for comprehensive cancer care. They have also earned the prestigious Magnet designation for nursing excellence, which is only given to 8.28% of hospitals nationwide.
