Assistant Professor in Maternal Fetal Medicine

Position Overview:
This faculty role within the Division of Maternal and Fetal Medicine encompasses responsibilities such as high-risk consultations, inpatient care during Labor and Delivery, and involvement in patient safety and simulation programs. The position also includes opportunities for research and contributions to peer-reviewed publications in the field of perinatology, along with the pursuit of sub-specialty certification in maternal and fetal medicine. Active engagement in educational programs for residents and students is expected, as well as participation in outreach education and case evaluations across the Regional Perinatal Program Network.
Essential Qualifications:
Possession of a current New York State physician's license; Board Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Completion of a fellowship in Maternal and Fetal Medicine is required.
Desirable Qualifications:
Availability for a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating weekends, holidays, and night call responsibilities.
