The Security Officer is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and their property. This includes supporting other department activities to provide exceptional guest and employee service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure the grounds and attend to guests' needs
  • Support the administration of and training on safety and security functions for security officers and employees
  • Communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisors, and fellow employees
  • Use appropriate judgment in determining situations requiring immediate/emergency response and action
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year security experience, and/or three years military preferred
  • Valid CPR certification and First Aid certification
Work Environment:

The Security Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, often standing, walking, and talking or hearing. The employee may occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and taste or smell.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
