Mobile Developer

At Melaleuca, we are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Developer to join our Information Technology/Digital Apps Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing mobile applications in an Agile/Scrum setting.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing organization on the implementation of new features and capabilities.
- Carry out the development of the assigned project adhering to the engineering standards/best practices, security, committing to the agreed timeline, and ensuring quality metrics are met.
- Integrate internal and external applications using APIs.
- Provide technical guidance for the Melaleuca Mobile team, as well as System Integrators/Service Providers on the Sitecore CMS platform.
- Prepare technical and other documents related the core platforms as required.
- Perform technical onboarding of new mobile developers on the core platform.
- Share new tools, technology standards, and technical learnings on React Native platform with the engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT experience in the development of scalable consumer facing mobile apps (Android and iOS) using React Native.
- Multiple projects building mobile apps for highly transactional sites with Personalization is a plus.
- Multiple projects building multi-lingual apps is a plus.
- Deep understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Understanding of React Native architecture and best practices.
- Knowledgeable about RESTful APIs and mobile libraries.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript required, TypeScript a plus.
- Experience with Redux, or other state management libraries.
- Sitecore JSS experience a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
