The ideal candidate will approach their responsibilities with dignity, patience, and respect, ensuring that clients feel valued and understood. Empathy and compassion are key traits that will enhance the quality of care provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Home Support: Assist with light housekeeping tasks, run errands, and provide transportation as necessary. Accompany clients to medical appointments and help manage medications. Prepare nutritious meals, shop for groceries, and offer personal assistance with daily living activities. This may include help with toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming. Additionally, assist clients with financial tasks such as balancing checkbooks and managing bills.
  • Companionship: Foster a sense of connection by engaging clients in conversation and activities that stimulate their minds and spirits.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Completion of a Criminal Background check is required.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Capability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Auto Insurance is necessary.
