Job Overview

Lowe Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven BDC Representative to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming internet and phone inquiries, setting appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming customer leads and proactively pursue additional opportunities.
  • Set appointments and schedule customer visits.
  • Listen and respond to customer needs and priorities to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet monthly targets and goals.
  • Contribute to the dealership's success by working with all customers, teams, and departments in a collaborative and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated, and success driven.
  • Confident, positive, and high-energy presence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
