Job OverviewLowe Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven BDC Representative to join our award-winning team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming internet and phone inquiries, setting appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming customer leads and proactively pursue additional opportunities.
- Set appointments and schedule customer visits.
- Listen and respond to customer needs and priorities to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide outstanding customer service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet monthly targets and goals.
- Contribute to the dealership's success by working with all customers, teams, and departments in a collaborative and professional manner.
- Prior customer relations or BDC/Call Center experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Self-starter, motivated, and success driven.
- Confident, positive, and high-energy presence.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
