Ripple Distribution, LLC is seeking a motivated Delivery Associate to join our team. As a Delivery Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering packages to customers across the neighborhood, working a flexible schedule and enjoying a dynamic work environment.

About the Role:
  • Earn a competitive salary of $17.75 per hour, with opportunities for raises and bonuses up to $19.25 per hour within 60 days.
  • Work a flexible schedule of 4-5 days per week with 10+ hours per day, delivering 200-250 packages daily.
  • Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, overtime pay, health insurance, 401K with 3.5% match, and tuition reimbursement for full-time employees.

As a Delivery Associate, your primary responsibilities will include driving a vehicle to deliver packages to customers, interacting with customers, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout your shift. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, making this role ideal for those who enjoy being on the move and interacting with people daily.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license within the state of employment.
