- Maintain awareness of room availability and current openings.
- Facilitate room bookings for guests both in-person and over the phone, including daily postings on relevant platforms.
- Process all financial transactions accurately, ensuring secure handling of cash and charges.
- Conduct cash drops securely in designated safes.
- Keep precise records of available rooms and manage closing procedures, including deposit documentation and security measures.
- Receive and manage work orders from residents, ensuring proper processing in our system.
- Handle mail distribution for residents efficiently.
- Ensure the office environment remains clean and welcoming.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout the shift.
- Capability to bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent face-to-face interactions with customers.
- Skill in multitasking while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy environment.
Work Environment
- Expected to work an average of 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Adhere to company uniform and hygiene standards.
