Lead Infant Teacher Opportunity at The Children's Workshop

We're seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our Warren School team as a Lead Teacher in our Infants program. As a Lead Infant Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with our experienced Education Program team to create a nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in infants.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment, working closely with a Teacher Assistant to ensure a smooth daily routine.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Collaborate with the Education Program team to ensure consistency and quality in our educational programs.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers, with a positive approach and knowledge of RIELDS.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; preference given to candidates with a CDA credential or college coursework/degree in early childhood education or a related field.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday position with weekends off, offering a competitive hourly pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
