Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain tool room equipment, including EDM machines like the Agie Mondo 1 and 2
- Set up and monitor machinery, load/unload parts, and conduct visual inspections of products
- Repair jigs and fixtures on various manufacturing equipment
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a tool room position
- Previous experience with Agie Mondo 1 and 2 EDM machines is essential
- Hub, dies, and wire EDM experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and good communication skills are required
Work Environment:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced toolroom environment, Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:45 pm.
Compensation:
$30.00 per hour, competitive pay rate for the industry.
