Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to ensure efficient and sanitary washing cycles.
  • Monitor and maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean environment.
  • Report any functional or mechanical problems with the dish machine to ensure prompt maintenance and minimize downtime.
