Job Description

As a Water Enrichment Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide engaging and safe swimming instruction to students of all ages, following our structured Swim Path curriculum. Your infectious enthusiasm and energy will make learning fun and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading classes of up to 4 students, promoting swimmer safety, and teaching valuable life-enriching skills.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive environment that fosters connections between students, parents, and guardians.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain high-quality services.

Requirements

To succeed as a Water Enrichment Specialist, you must possess:

  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Comfort working in a pool setting.

  • Experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
