Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to ensure effective therapy services.
  • Instruct patients and caregivers on methods to improve disabilities, and communicate regularly with physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Plan for patient discharge, prepare patients and caregivers for post-discharge care, and report significant issues to the Clinical Director.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A current state licensure, CPR certification, driver's license, and automobile liability insurance are required.
  • The selected candidate must have thorough knowledge of professional theory, practice, techniques, principles, and equipment.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to document patient care effectively, are essential.
  • The successful candidate will establish and maintain working relationships with patients, other healthcare professionals, physicians, and the public.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience is required for this position.
Compensation Package

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
