Food Expeditor

As a Food Runner / Expeditor at Hotel Jerome, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of orders from the kitchen to our guests' tables. This key position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Monitor and prioritize orders to ensure that guests receive their food in a timely manner.
• Perform finishing touches on completed dishes, such as adding garnishes and removing smudges.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and guests with their needs, taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensure that food is served in accordance with safety standards and that the expediting area and restaurant outlets are tidy and well-stocked.

• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role in a luxury setting is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
