Warehouse Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team at Conflux Systems. This is a food distribution warehouse environment where you will be responsible for receiving, putting away, and rotating perishable items in the three temperature zones within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and putting away perishable items in the three temperature zones
• Rotating stock to ensure optimal storage and accessibility
• Performing cycle counts and slot moves to maintain accurate inventory levels
• Handling items weighing up to 105 pounds with frequent handling of items averaging 50-55 pounds

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience with material handling equipment and food distribution a plus
• Previous equipment experience with forklift, swing reach truck, cherry picker, and walkie rider preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
• Position subject to passing a background check and drug screen

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm (average 8-9 hours per day, OT as needed)

Salary: $18/hour (contract)
