This engineering role is available at either the Mid-level or Senior Engineer level. Please refer to the qualifications outlined below for each level:
Mid Level: $88,200 - $108,000 annually
Senior Level: $115,200 - $141,000 annually
Salary ranges are contingent upon experience and come with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses and 401(k) contributions.
Responsibilities:
Primary Purpose of Position: Engage in sophisticated technical and engineering problem-solving to support nuclear facility operations. Make critical technical decisions, showcase expertise in the discipline, and comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide specialized technical insights to design, supervise, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and initiatives.
- Deliver expert advice and guidance to resolve equipment and system challenges directly.
- Oversee engineering tasks thoroughly, ensuring precision and adherence to established standards and practices.
- Execute assigned engineering responsibilities in accordance with engineering principles.
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support technical projects.
- Recommend equipment, innovative concepts, and methodologies to improve performance, streamline operations, reduce costs, rectify design flaws, and comply with evolving regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications for Mid-level E02 Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Nuclear or related engineering roles.
Minimum Qualifications for Senior E03 Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a Professional Engineer license with over 5 years of engineering experience.
