Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant at Novant Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, quality, and cost-effective service and care for our patients.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the provider to ensure seamless delivery of patient care. Your commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences will be evident in your daily interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree not required, but a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Prior experience working in a medical office setting is preferred.
- Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) is required within six months of hire.
You will also be required to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff. A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
