At Affordable Care LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Dental Practice Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering in-practice training and Field Support programs for auxiliary teams across all affiliated practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Train auxiliary team on high standards of patient care, including patient education, communication, and comfort during procedures.
- Emphasize the importance of creating a positive patient experience through the Affordable Care Model.
- Deliver and implement training for dental auxiliary team on clinical and administrative duties.
- Provide hands-on coaching in chairside assisting, infection control, dental materials handling, impression taking, radiographic procedures, and proper use of dental equipment and materials maintenance.
- Teach proper use of Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and other Practice Management Systems.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Dental Field Experience.
- Training experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and Advanced PowerPoint.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
