Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Receive and track service calls from the government
  2. Prepare service orders and distribute them to crew members
  3. Close out service calls in government systems
  4. Update Preventive Maintenance Programs
  5. Ensure timely completion of all work
  6. Track and compile reports for management
  7. Prepare payroll for management review and signature
  8. Create daily shipment lists from analysis of open orders and available inventory
  9. Compile and maintain weekly and monthly performance-to-plan metrics
  10. Respond to daily Customer Service requests for schedules
Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment
  • Driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
