- Prepare service orders and distribute them to crew members
- Close out service calls in government systems
- Update Preventive Maintenance Programs
- Ensure timely completion of all work
- Track and compile reports for management
- Prepare payroll for management review and signature
- Create daily shipment lists from analysis of open orders and available inventory
- Compile and maintain weekly and monthly performance-to-plan metrics
- Respond to daily Customer Service requests for schedules
- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office environment
- Driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
