Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Junior Landscape Estimation Associate. This role is essential in overseeing project plans, timelines, and the submission process. While a year of experience in the landscape or green industry is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm, a positive outlook, and a keen interest in landscape construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with estimating and takeoff software is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A basic understanding of plants is a plus.
  • Knowledge of landscape construction and estimating terminology is beneficial.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the estimating department to prepare bids for both commercial and residential landscape projects.
  • Assist project managers and construction teams in various estimating-related tasks.
  • Monitor the progress of tasks and projects to ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Organize and develop the submission/sample process.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with team members to track project progress and provide support as needed.
  • Engage with vendors to obtain quotes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Review budgets and prepare cost estimates for new projects.
