Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Navion Senior Solutions. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general housekeeping duties in resident suites, public areas, and support areas as assigned, ensuring that all areas meet or exceed company quality standards.
  • Collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and promote risk management programs and policies, adhering to safety rules and regulations.
  • Practice safety procedures at all times, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper is preferred.
  • Able to operate cleaning equipment such as irons, washers, dryers, brooms, mops, vacuums, etc.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Able to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
  • Ability to follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment, which may require basic math conversions.
  • Working quickly without compromising quality.
  • Basic knowledge of, and the ability to, read and communicate in English.
