About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to lead our clinical care team as a Medical Director Candidate in Hospital Medicine. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care, leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in our hospital medicine program.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of practice, and certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner ANCC or AANPCP. Experience working in a hospital setting is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and excellence in hospital medicine.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in advanced practice provider care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.

What You'll Need:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as APRN in state of practice.
  • Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner ANCC or AANPCP.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospital medicine or related field.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.
