Join Our Team as a Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise as a Dialysis Nurse. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and responding to emergencies.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or manage them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
