We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at TrustBank. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting TrustBank's products and services.

• Provide personalized banking services to customers, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and cross-selling banking and wealth management products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Stay up-to-date on TrustBank's products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and TrustBank's policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in business or finance preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in retail banking or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
• Knowledge of banking products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new developments.
