Your Role:
As a Caregiver Advocate, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily needs, promoting independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.
You will work closely with our team to develop personalized plans, provide emotional support, and facilitate participation in community activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living tasks
- Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and events
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license with 1 year of driving experience
