Job Summary:

The LPN will provide high-quality resident care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, working collaboratively with physicians, families, and other members of the healthcare team to deliver safe and therapeutic care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver resident care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and in collaboration with the physician and healthcare team.
  • Utilize principles of the nursing process to carry out delegated aspects of care for residents and families.
  • Restore and maintain each resident's identified capabilities at their maximum mental and physical level.

Requirements:

  • Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio.
  • Currently certified in CPR, long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
