Key Responsibilities:
As a Credentialing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that credentialing practices are executed with precision and in alignment with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements. Your role will include:
- Implementing high-quality credentialing processes that adhere to medical staff bylaws and organizational policies.
- Identifying areas for enhancement within the credentialing workflow and collaborating with team members to facilitate improvements.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Completion of post-secondary training in business or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in credentialing or administrative services is required.
Work Environment:
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for remote work with occasional on-site requirements for training and meetings.
Skills:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Experience in credentialing processes and administrative functions is necessary.
