Job Overview

Broad River Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled part-time Restorative STNA to join our team in Pataskala, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will provide restorative nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessment and care plan. This includes:

  • Recording restorative documentation entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
  • Completing daily, weekly, and monthly documentation as per restorative program guidelines.
  • Collaborating with therapists and RN-CCC to establish restorative nursing goals and interventions.
  • FOLLOWING ESTABLISHED SAFETY PRECAUTIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF ALL DUTIES.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A current STNA certification in Ohio.
  • A current physical exam and/or free from communicable disease as required by state law.
