Position Overview:
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- 5-12 years of experience in land development, water resource management, and utility design
- Expertise in stormwater management design for municipal projects
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Virginia or eligibility to obtain within three months
- Recent experience in designing sustainable green infrastructure
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and associated software
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Standards
- Knowledge of hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality modeling software
