Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Successful completion of a Basic POST academy prior to appointment.
  • Valid California Driver's License with a good driving record.
  • Pass a written and oral psychological evaluation prior to appointment.

Selection Process:

The selection process will consist of four parts: application screening, interview, psychological screening, and review of qualifications.
