Nighttime Baker

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nighttime Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and pastries for our cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet customer demand
• Ensure all products meet Panera Bread's quality standards
• Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges
• Perform other tasks as needed, such as stocking, preparation, and sanitation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a baker or in a related field (training provided)
• Ability to work 3rd shift (10 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
