We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Wisconsin Management Company Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for painting, finishing, and maintaining various interior and exterior surfaces and structures under the direction of the Service Manager and/or Property Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint various materials.
• Operate, clean, and maintain painting equipment.
• Perform drywall repairs, texturing, and spraying.
• May also perform general light manual labor work.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and any applicable laws regarding health, safety, and environment.
• Maintain working knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a painting field.
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Work under limited supervision.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and seminars as requested.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Required minimum of one year or more of experience with painting or related area.
• Required to hold a valid driver's license, must have a reliable work vehicle (truck, van, car, etc.) and current insurance.
• Must be available for occasional night/weekend on-call duty with the maintenance department.
• Must have good human relations skills and the ability to work well with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical capabilities to carry out job responsibilities including the ability to lift lbs., stand for extended periods of time, ability to walk, talk, and have use of both hands.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, with some rotating on-call requirements.

Compensation

$23-$25 per hour.
