Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Solomon Page is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team in Webster, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' respiratory conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer respiratory therapy treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and mechanical ventilation
  • Monitor patients' respiratory function and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and other respiratory therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management
Requirements
  • Certification from an accredited respiratory therapy program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
