Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our team at South Shore Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to diagnose and manage patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient preferences and needs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices to provide evidence-based care
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution
- Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
